Location
Our firm is located in downtown Columbia on Main Street between Washington and Lady Streets. Our office is approximately two blocks in front of the State Capitol Complex and State Appellate Courts, four blocks from the Richland County Courthouse, Columbia City Hall, and the Municipal Court, five blocks from the Strom Thurmond Federal Building, and seven blocks from the Matthew J. Perry, Jr. Federal Courthouse.

Fees
We charge fees on various terms: hourly, by task, and contingency. Payment terms also vary and the following credit cards are welcome: VISA and MASTERCARD.
Hours
We keep normal business hours between 8:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. and recognize customary holidays. Courts and professional demands sometimes necessitate other business hours.
Parking
Parking is available at the Meridian/Republic Parking Garage on Washington Street between Main Street and Sumter Street. Coming from the direction of the Capitol on Main Street, take a right onto Washington Street. Take the first right into the Meridian/Republic Parking Garage (located between Main and Sumter Streets). Stop at the "gate arm" and punch for a ticket. (Bring your ticket to the office and we will validate your parking for you.) After parking, please take either the corridor through the Meridian Building to Main Street—our building is immediately opposite the Meridian Building—or walk out to Washington Street from the garage and walk to your left around to Main Street. Our building, the CBRE Building, will be on the opposite side of Main Street in the middle of the block. Enter the building and proceed to the elevators.
You’ll find our office on the 6th floor in Suite 650 of the CBRE Building.
Parking is also available at the City Parking Garage on Washington Street between Assembly Street and Main Street. Coming from the direction of the Capitol on Main Street, take a left onto Washington Street. Take the first left into the Washington Street City Parking Garage (located between Main and Assembly Streets). You can park at the meters on the first deck of the garage. We do not reimburse for metered parking. After parking, please take either the elevator or the stairs to the ground floor. Once you get to the ground floor, take a right out of the elevator or the stairwell and walk through the hallway to the glass door. Once you go through the glass door, you will see the rear entrance of a building on your left and a parking lot before you. There is a fountain at the rear entrance of the building on your left. Enter that building and proceed to the elevators. |
